The luxury hotel had amiable staff at the reception desk, and we really enjoyed our stay. Our twin room had a particularly nice view of Hussain Sagar Lake, just as we had requested in advance. It was convenient to have coffee/tea making 

The room was neat and stylish, complete with a shower, a greeting card, and 2 beds, perfect for our 12 o'clock check-in. The breakfast at Momo Cafe Food was super and awesome, something I had never experienced

The hotel in Hyderabad is the ideal spot - clean, with friendly and cooperative staff at the reception desk. The breakfast is plentiful and superb, offering a wide variety of choices. The staff is courteous and excellent.

I didn't like anything about the hotel.It doesn't deserve to be labled as 5star.

Reception claimed I don't have any booking & cannot find my reference. I was placed in a room where a/c was not working well. After 2 nights they sent someone to fix it but still it was not fixed till the time of chekout. Security insist on hand search for every guest even if the metal detector did not alarm.

isolation from the polution and hectic life outside

i arrived early morning from airport and the staff could not locate my booking, it took them more thare 20 min to find it and turned out that they have mispelled my name even though i showed them my hard copy from Booked.net
